Requirements:

  • • Previous experience in a similar role, at least 3 years preferably in a casual/full service with bar setting
  • • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bartending and food production
  • • Proficient in using POS systems and other restaurant management software
  • • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities:

  • • Oversee the daily operations of the front of house staff, including bartenders, servers, and hosts/hostesses
  • • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
  • • Manage reservations and seating arrangements for guests
  • • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and delivery
  • • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • • Train and mentor front of house staff on service standards and procedures
  • • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
