Requirements:- • Previous experience in a similar role, at least 3 years preferably in a casual/full service with bar setting
- • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bartending and food production
- • Proficient in using POS systems and other restaurant management software
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities:- • Oversee the daily operations of the front of house staff, including bartenders, servers, and hosts/hostesses
- • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- • Manage reservations and seating arrangements for guests
- • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and delivery
- • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- • Train and mentor front of house staff on service standards and procedures
- • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
